		<description>I think a lot of it can depend on what you&#039;re looking to achieve with the community, Stuart. There are many different kinds:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;* A blog community. What are you trying to achieve - regular readers and subscribers? Comment count? People sharing your posts elsewhere? &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;* A charity community. Spread awareness of charity, either through word-of-mouth or using online tools. Is it to raise funds, raise awareness, a little of both, something different?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;* Consumer marketers (like your evangelists). They buy your product and tell friends about it and give you free advertising right there.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I don&#039;t think all communities come down to hard cash and profit. There is definitely ROI involved, but it&#039;s not all coloured green.</description>
